A thought about Annaya @KChiruTweets is always a source of joy. While I walk along the memory lane on this special day ,these are few memories I have tumbled upon.

In our childhood, he went away from home to pursue his college education in Narsapur. And his homecoming for summer holidays was a festive season. A big pain and disappointment used to follow when he used to go back for his college. We all used to miss his absence and feel the vacuum. Home was never vibrant till he was back.

In my school days, just walking beside him was a proud moment. I used to feel like I am walking with the world's most important person; by then, he was just in college.

When he used to ride my father’s bike (Bullet - 350 cc) with his curly long hair, fit NCC Cadet body with bell bottoms and glasses - oh! it was an absolutely fanboy and hero-worshipping moment.

My Annaya was always a Hero for me even before he became a Hero.

In the early days of his film career, he brought a big blue bag from his first Singapore trip. In that blue bag I found my first tiny Lego helicopter, few remote cars, racing track, some comics, music tapes, tape recorder ,scented Yardley Co. powders, soaps ,few perfumes and other small gifts to others. He always brought us joy and smiles into our small home.

In subsequent years, when he got married, I was worried that he would be away from all of us. And I was crying silently in a room. Then he brought my Vadina and said, “Come, I will introduce you to a big man (Pedda Manishi) today.” They both were laughing while they found the reason for my tears.

Then, following years, I was taken to Chennai (then Madras) to stay with Annaya and Vadina. I don’t have enough words for the love and care they showered on me.

I had seen his struggle, hard work and injuries in shoots. Everyday he used to reach home in the middle of the night after 18 hours shift of laborious work in his sweat-drenched costumes and shoes in the Chennai’s heat and humidity; with hardly any strength to stand…

I used to feel guilty for living off on his hard work and sacrifice. But he never even uttered a word about my academic failures and lack of direction in my life.

The way he lighted up our family and relatives with his generosity and he extended the same spirit to his friends, producers, film fraternity and everyone he touched. He is one of the primary and key persons who acted as a cultural bridge between the South and Hindi film industry.He always believed in Indian cinema. Pratibandh and Aaj Ka GoondaRaj were two of his blockbusters in Hindi.

A tech-savvy person, his astounding medical knowledge, his philanthropic nature, a family man, superstardom to megastardom, Central Cabinet Minister, National Awards, highest civilian honors (Padma Vibhushan).

What he hadn’t seen and achieved, but he never rests. After a major spinal operation recently, he bounces back within no time with his strength training and goes back to work. Like a city never sleeps, he’s a man who never rests. He’s born with an unstoppable motor within. That’s why he’s become our beloved ‘Mega Star’ and my only Hero.

Let ‘Mother Nature’ provide you my Dear Annaya @KChirutweets abundant health, super strength and astounding victories on your life path.

Wishing my Annaya on his birthday is not a formality but a gentle reminder to many like me ; how his life has impacted, influenced and transformed millions like me to build a better future and to lay a stronger foundations for the land of Bharath -we all adore and worship.

Young Minds, Inspiring Creativity

During my visit to the World Elephant Day event, I was truly delighted to see the wonderful paintings and artworks created by our young students.

More than 20 lakh students from 21,450 schools across India participated in the World Elephant Day campaign. Out of which nearly 31,000 students participated in the painting competition. Each painting reflected a unique imagination, a deep love for elephants and wildlife, and a beautiful message of conservation. I sincerely appreciate every student who participated and brought their creativity and passion for nature to this initiative. Every young artist deserves appreciation for giving conservation a voice through art.

It was especially heartening to see students from Andhra Pradesh among the winners. In the Junior Category (Classes 6–8), B. Tanvi Praveetha, Plakshita and G. Niharika, all from Visakhapatnam, secured the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

In the Senior Category (Classes 9–12), S.V.L.N. K. Sharvani, M. Lavanya and S. Sneha Ratna, all from Visakhapatnam, secured the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

At the National Level, Ujaan B.D.M. Chattopadhyay, Aditi Behera and Harithparans J.H. secured the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.

My heartfelt congratulations to all the winners. Your creativity has beautifully captured the spirit of elephant conservation and shown us the power of young minds.

When children create for nature, they inspire a future that cares for it.

A Landmark Day for Andhra Pradesh

The inauguration of the Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport, Bhogapuram, marks a transformative chapter in Andhra Pradesh's development, especially for Uttarandhra, which is set to emerge as a key growth engine of the State.

Today's visit by Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi Ji marked another milestone in Andhra Pradesh's development with the inauguration and foundation stone laying of projects worth ₹17,415 crore.

From aviation and power transmission to highways and bridges, today's projects lay the foundation for a stronger, better-connected, and more prosperous Andhra Pradesh. The Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport at Bhogapuram, which will transform Uttarandhra into a major hub for connectivity, tourism, trade, and investment; POWERGRID transmission projects worth ₹9,920 crore, strengthening renewable energy evacuation from Kurnool and Anantapur, ensuring reliable power supply, supporting industrial growth, and advancing Andhra Pradesh's clean energy ambitions, and National Highway & Bridge projects worth ₹1,854 crore, which will enhance connectivity across Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra, reduce travel time and logistics costs, and facilitate trade and economic activity. Together, these projects will significantly strengthen the State's connectivity, energy security, industrial development, and logistics ecosystem.

Little Niranjan came all the way from Warangal with his parents to meet me. Battling a rare illness, he carried a smile that could light up any room. It was his wish to meet me, but I feel blessed that our paths crossed.

కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం హనుమకొండలో నిరంజన్ ఇంటికి వెళ్లి కలిసిన ఆ క్షణాలు ఇంకా నా మదిలో సజీవంగానే ఉన్నాయి. తీవ్రమైన అనారోగ్యంతో పోరాడుతూనే నా కోసం ఎదురుచూసిన ఆ చిన్నారి… నన్ను చూడగానే అతని ముఖంపై ��ిరిసిన ఆ చిరునవ్వు… ఇవన్నీ ఎప్పటికీ మరువలేని జ్ఞాపకాలుగా నిలిచిపోతాయి.

అతని శరీరం వ్యాధితో పోరాడినా, అతని మనసు మాత్రం అపారమైన ధైర్యంతో నిలిచింది. అంతటి బాధను అనుభవిస్తూ కూడా జీవితం పట్ల అతను చూపిన ఆశ, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసం ఎంతో విలువైనవి. అలాంటి ధైర్యవంతుడైన చిన్నారి ఇంత త్వరగా మనల్ని విడిచి వెళ్లిపోవడం ఎంతో బాధాకరం.

నిరంజన్ కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు నా ప్రగాఢ సానుభూతిని తెలియజేస్తున్నాను. తీరని దుఃఖాన్ని భరించే శక్తిని భగవంతుడు వారికి ప్రసాదించాలని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను.

This recognition reflects the Government of India's confidence in our State's commitment to transparent governance, effective implementation, and accelerated rural development.

The announcement of ₹7,707 crore for Andhra Pradesh under VB-G RAM G, coupled with ₹422 crore under PMGSY-IV for 146 road works covering 347 km and 19 bridges, is far more than an investment in infrastructure—it is an investment in the aspirations of our villages, the dreams of our farmers, the opportunities for our youth, and the future of rural Andhra Pradesh.

I also express my sincere gratitude to Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji, whose unwavering commitment to rural empowerment continues to transform the development landscape of our nation. These landmark initiatives stand as a testament to his vision of creating vibrant, self-reliant villages as the foundation of a Viksit Bharat.

The confidence reposed in Andhra Pradesh through one of the country's largest allocations under VB-G RAM G is both an honour and a responsibility. The Government of Andhra Pradesh accepts this responsibility with utmost sincerity. ఒక సంవత్సరం కాదు… రెండు సంవత్సరాలు కాదు… దాదాపు పదిహేనేళ్లుగా మీరు నడుము నొప్పి, భుజం నొప్పితో ఎంత నరకం అనుభవించారో తలచుకుంటే నా గుండె బరువెక్కిపోయింది. చిన్న పంటి నొప్పి వచ్చినా మనిషి విలవిల్లాడిపోతాడు. అలాంటిది మీరు ఇన్ని సంవత్సరాలు ఆ బాధను చిరునవ్వు వెనుక దాచుకుని జీవించడం నిజంగా అసాధారణం.

నాకు ఈ రోజు కూడా గబ్బర్ సింగ్ షూటింగ్ రోజులు కళ్లముందే కనిపిస్తున��నాయి. గుజరాత్‌లో జరిగిన ఆ ప్రమాదం… గుర్రం మీద నుంచి పడిపోయిన ఆ క్షణం… వైద్యులు వెంటనే ఆపరేషన్ చేయించుకోవాలని చెప్పిన సందర్భం… ఇవన్నీ ఇప్పటికీ నా మనసును వెంటాడుతూనే ఉన్నాయి.

ఆ సమయంలో మీరు ఒక నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. అది ఒక హీరో తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం కాదు… మాటకు ప్రాణం ఇచ్చే మహామనిషి తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం.

ఒక నిర్మాతగా ఆ రోజున మీరు నాకు ఇచ్చింది ఒక హిట్ సినిమా మాత్రమే కాదు… జీవితాంతం మర్చిపోలేని ఋణం. ఆ ఋణాన్ని నేను ఏ జన్మలోనూ తీర్చలేను.

ఈ రోజు మీ ఆరోగ్యం గురించి ఆలోచిస్తుంటే నా హృదయం ముక్కలవుతోంది. ఆ రోజున మీ బాధను నేను పూర్తిగా అర్థం చేసుకోలేకపోయానేమో… కానీ ఈ రోజు ఆ బాధ ఎంత పెద్దదో అర్థమవుతోంది.

Had a warm and productive meeting with the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri @Dev_Fadnavis Ji. We discussed a range of issues of mutual interest and explored opportunities for greater cooperation between our two States.

I conveyed my sincere thanks to him for Maharashtra's support in facilitating the translocation of two female tigers to Andhra Pradesh. This generous gesture marks an important milestone in our efforts to restore a thriving tiger population in the Eastern Ghats. The introduction of female tigers will help overcome the challenges of inbreeding, enhance genetic diversity, strengthen the long-term viability of the population, and contribute to a healthy, self-sustaining tiger landscape.

This collaborative conservation effort reflects our shared commitment to protecting biodiversity through science-based and sustainable wildlife management. I am confident that the partnership between Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra will contribute significantly to the long-term conservation of tigers in the Eastern Ghats.

I also express my gratitude to the Hon'ble Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Shri @byadavbjp Ji, for his continued guidance in taking this initiative forward. I look forward to continued collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra and all stakeholders in advancing wildlife conservation.
