@CapitecBankSA 3 days in and 5 calls later, no resolution. Raised complaint and agent hung up after taking all my details. Now I see my virtual card has also been hacked and 1 transaction, Ive never even used my virtual card before! How is this possible? Is Capitec secure??

#easyjet Speedyboarding service as usual. No staff in speedyboarding row for 15 min while normal passengers check in with 2 staff members. Also delayed 40min already. Shocking service from Kefelonia.

@rugdoctoruk I tried renting a Rugdoctor last Saturday and even though there were machines in stock at B&Q Hedge End there were no hand tools available. I called the store to reserve and was told there would be availability and I was unable to reserve. This is second time trying

@Halfords_uk Halfords motoring club renewal is not able to be cancelled within my account and says I must call to cancel. Why make it so difficult? Also no option 4 for members when calling in. Also unable to chat as cant type in name and email etc as per images.

@SouthernWater After waiting a week for an engineer to arrive to investigate my low water pressure, spending nearly 2 hrs on calls it was a no show. Spent all day waiting and no update.
