flight SL219 (BOM–DMK, 16 Sep) was cancelled by Thai Lion Air. PNR: WRZMAO. I opted for a full refund, and the airline confirmed in writing that I'm eligible. I've followed up on 24, 25 and 30 Sep with no update. Please process my refund.
