My legal scholars & @RepAdamSchiff can there be a case to challenge the validity of the Gorsuch nomination due to the “McConnell rule” and let the Supreme Court rule on it? If they rule him invalid then remove and let Biden nominate. If they uphold then remove ACB on precedent.
