Great personal insight into the creative challenges faced by #indiefilmmakers - and an even better example of how to make a short film about making a short film.
Rather than make your typical behind the scenes video for my new film 'The Good Book' (Produced by the mighty @SlungLow) I've tried to make something that other filmmakers or film fans might find useful. It's got some gags too. WATCH HERE: https://t.co/ySlnJPmeia
@Petercl04558275@slunglowalan Hope all's good with you Pete. Thanks for being such a great sport! Was fairly surreal witnessing a seething mob suddenly turn into the cast of singing in the rain 😄
I've never seen so many committed people prepared to give up their time to be part of something bigger than themselves - hats off to @SlungLow for making it happen on such an inclusive (and explosive!) scale. I'm very proud to have been involved - nice one teach! @brettinthecity
This brilliant film by James Wilson goes behind the scenes with our community cast of Leeds People’s Theatre's first production, The Good Book.
It shows how important community participation is and all the fun we had! Watch it here: https://t.co/luIcP6NLWl
@LNER why has my 20.45 leeds to london sneakily become an extended edition? A 23.09 arrival when i booked is suddenly 23.33 before it even left with zero explanation....
@robjbeech@LNER@DavidHorne Appreciate the help Rob - it does seem odd @lner can change what you’ve bought without having to tell you - it’s like going to bed in a Hilton and waking up to find out they’ve moved your bed into a Travelodge while you were asleep
@LNER Thanks for the info CS! Is revising a train common practice? - I booked it because I knew I’d have enough time to get a connection but had to change plans - surely you should be told ahead of time so you can decide not to travel? @LNER
@Explainlater@YWHelp Just sacrificed the last of my hydrating water for dehydrating coffee. Do us a solid @yorkshirewater and come by in an hour with a spatula to scrape my shrivelled corpse off the floor. Ta!
