@meacouk is this an automated response? i have said above and as discussed the Proof of purchase is lost, the name of the person who bought it has passed away and I've been asked not to pass those details over to anyone! what don't you understand?
@meacouk but as you have said the fault is so bad it cannot be repaired and from the serial number you can see it's your product and 3 years old!! if this is policy driven not empathy. poor product so avoid at all costs

@meacouk The serial number shows the product is less than 3 years old but the company are hiding behind No Proof of Purchase Policy and might not have been sold by you strange that a product that can only be produced and sold by Meaco through whatever channel is not covered under warranty
