@JonKrawczynski I think so. I think he feels way more confident and at ease when he’s the focal point. Probably see him play like he did prior to all star break and previous year’s playoffs.
@allthingsmn Turner is a terrible contract at $28 million. Shot is shaky, defense isn’t actually that strong. Only net rating above 0 is 0.1 in 7 years. Doesn’t rebound fit his size. There’s a reason Indiana didn’t want to play him and then Milwaukee didn’t get better with him.
@D_West30 Mr West would rather have us throw the ball to the big man, let him pound it into the ground, while 4 other guys stand and watch. Very skilled basketball. Making a jumper isn’t. Getting to the rim isn’t.
@espn@zachkram Same guy who thought Denver would beat MN in 5. Didn’t consider Ball not playing when CHA was losing on purpose, says the league is getting bigger when both OKC or SA didn’t play double bigs, didn’t look at McDaniels at rim defense, or how the swaps are heavily protected.
@KyleTheige If you go back and look at the last 22 years of champions since 2004 Pistons, 2/3s of them had big trades. The other 3rd is Warriors, Spurs, and Thunder. Warriors got KD in a cap room spike.
Staying put isn’t better. At the end of the day it is whether your org smart or dumb.
@Not___KC Ayo is great, those swaps are ass, and who gives a shit about 2nds when players are staying in school for NIL. Go watch more Randle clips from the playoffs and even post allstar and you’ll see how we didn’t give up much.
