@POferries your ship, Pride of Burgundy, has been moored for over 4 full days now at the bottom of my garden with all its engines running & lights on. This is appalling. Those moorings are for dead hulls only. The noise is atrocious & wildlife suffering as well as residents.

@GWRhelp you should be ashamed of letting people travel like this. My booked seat was cancelled on the 10.03, I have arthritis in my spine & have been on my feet 2 hours with three to go. Shame on you

@GWRHelp Thank you for your reply and apology. I did get a seat after Exeter but maybe you should consider priority for people who have booked tickets for a train. There are many reasons for this - I am physically unable to stand without pain for long so I always book a seat. A long day!
