@TUIUK requested my cash refund on March 15th!! fed so much incorrect info! You have a duty of care to your customers I was told to go to store in 2 days for cash refund, then it's now a bank transfer in 14 days of cancelling, I have STILL cash back NO replies to my emails etc!
