@berry_rexic Actually, yes. The body responds to moving averages of calorie intake. Your weekly intake is most important to weight. Eating 1800 and 2200 on two consecutive days is consequentially the same as eating 2000, twice. However, to stay healthy, you shouldn’t do *too* huge of swings.
A good ass BB season sounds so good right now. Complete with preseason bullshit, casting drama, Taran analysis, and the pure escapism of judging strangers competing for money in a parking lot.
Haircut on the right only works if you have this exact hair texture. If it’s too straight you’ll look homeless and if it’s too curly you’ll look like Bob Ross
@SonicMar10@DukeOfZamunda Benching 3x a week from scratch, for 1 year, does not get you to 225lbs 😂. Call me small for that, but it’s just not realistic unless the individual has a pretty large frame
@edgaralandough I keep hearing this take, but this is just not science-backed. If anything, there’s a precision ceiling at 0.1g/1kg body weight. Wish this were true, trust me I’ve tried >5g, but the studies don’t support it…
You know what? NO.
I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a 29 year old college graduate and still lost to Misty twice in Pokemon Firered. It could happen to anyone
does anyone know the science behind why these snow storms keep coming specifically sunday through monday? literally no other combination of days. i keep experiencing deja vu over and over again.
