@docMJP There’s a glimmer of hope that Austin can build a center coalition focused on fiscal sanity and rooting out corruption. All I see around town is Talarico signs, but on the local level people are sick of taxes and grift.
@HannahWardEdu I think Catholic Heritage Curricula and Angelicum Online are printed, open and go for all subjects. Beautiful Feet is mostly history and literature, maybe other subjects.
@lessin It’s always been more expensive in rural Wisconsin than the big cities. It’s so beautiful you don’t realize the hidden poverty and folks relying on food pantries, hunting, etc.
@LizWolfeReason Maria also said that a loving, orderly home would have the same outcomes as the primary classroom. Her work developed from the poorest of the poor. Of course a lot of those insights end up benefiting the majority.
