باادب گزارش ہے کہ ہماری 12 ایکڑ زرعی زمین، جو اسماعیل ویلی فیصل آباد میں واقع ہے، ایک سنگین تنازعہ کی صورتحال سے دوچار ہے۔

مذکورہ زمین کا خرید و فروخت کا معاہدہ مہر حامد رشید (سابق ایم پی اے ن - لیگ)، مہر عبدالرؤف، مہر آصف اور ان کے مبینہ بروکر ریاض بٹ کے ساتھ طے پایا تھا۔ معاہدے کے مطابق مقررہ مدت میں ادائیگی مکمل نہ ہونے کے باعث وہ معاہدہ ختم تصور کیا جاتا ہے۔

اس کے باوجود، سن 2021 سے تاحال مذکورہ افراد کی جانب سے زمین پر قبضہ برقرار ہے، جس کے باعث ہمیں شدید مالی نقصان اور ذہنی اذیت کا سامنا ہے۔ متعدد بار باہمی رابطے اور معاملہ افہام و تفہیم سے حل کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی، تاہم کوئی پیش رفت نہیں ہو سکی۔

لہٰذا مؤدبانہ گزارش ہے کہ اس معاملے کی غیر جانبدار اور شفاف انکوائری کروائی جائے، زمین کی قانونی حیثیت واضح کی جائے، اور اگر قبضہ غیر قانونی ثابت ہو تو فوری طور پر زمین واگزار کروا کر ہمیں انصاف فراہم کیا جائے۔

ہم آپ سے امید رکھتے ہیں کہ اس معاملے کا فوری نوٹس لیتے ہوئے قانون کے مطابق کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔
