@ARanganathan72 Case in NCLT is supposed to be completed in 330 days. Our flats in @HDIL are stuck since 2010 due to @IBC2016 law. The #CoC voted plans are awaiting ratification at courts since Nov 2022 with no end in sight for the middle class hapless homebuyers. That is judiciary for us

We, the homebuyers of Whispering Towers (Mulund) & Majestic Towers (Nahur) booked flats in HDIL projects. Possession promised in 2013. Till today, not a single flat delivered.

HDIL - Over 3,000 people invested their hard-earned savings in HDIL projects are struggling over 15 years to get their homes. No relief from RERA, NCLT, NCLAT. Project Wise Resolution approved in Sept 2022, but kept the order kept Reserve.
