But Joe got what he wanted, which is everyone talking more about his 2% than the 98% that is by far the biggest climate change legislation the US has ever passed, and (I think) the biggest climate change legislation ANY NATION has ever passed.

This did not happen on its own. It happened because governments around the world incentivized them all the way from innovation to installation. Those technologies have gone from entirely uneconomical to downright cheap (if intermittent) in those ten years.

It's s a gravitational lens, showing us the light of galaxies that are far behind the cluster in arcs around it. I tried to orient them the same. LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE.
