@IndiGo6E According to you, For departure time 10.05.. The boarding should close at 9.40.. But it was not!! I was in ur counter at 9.30 and ur non helping staff gave “boarding gate closed” answer. I would have easily boarded the same flight if ur staffs understood the situation.
Dear @IndiGo6E Like ur argument, If ur Boarding time means Boarding closing time then please change the text to “Boarding Closing Time” in the pass. Instead don’t fake customers with ur own rules. #indigoairlines
Worst experience with @sundth@SUNDIRECTIndia 3 days after recharge still no connection, each time calling customer service is of no use, they just ask me to wait for 2 hours. Also, gets a message stating ur issue is resolved but nothing worked!!
