Fuel shipments from South Korea can be scrutinized and criticized. But those shipments alone do not justify labeling South Korea’s head of government “pro-Russian” or mocking them.
If you consider energy trade with Russia evidence of a pro-Russian stance, you should apply the same standard to European countries that have continued purchasing Russian energy. The articles below document that trade.
I am not arguing that Europe’s trade justifies South Korea’s trade. I am asking you to apply the same standard consistently to Europe that you use to criticize South Korea.
I’ll just give you articles, reports and statistics. Below are articles and reports from various media outlets and organizations, including Reuters and the Financial Times.

In Europe, imports of Russian gas are reaching all-time highs following the war. If you want to ask others to take a deep breath and spare a thought for people being attacked by drones and Missiles, ask Europe to cut off Russia's gas imports immediately , its most direct source of war funding. Considering that imports of Russian gas, which are continuously hitting record highs, are currently flowing into Russia's war funds, don't you think Europe is providing the most war funding to Russia at the moment? South Korea complies with the sanctions, and currently imports about only 2–3% of its total gas from Russia.
Many also believe that Western global companies have completely exited Russia after the war, but in reality, only 13% of them have. 32% percent are still responding passively despite announcing plans to downsize or exit the business, while 55% continue to operate economically within Russia, total 87%. Below is the report released by the Kyiv School of Economics(KSE)

While condemning Russia and expressing strong solidarity with Ukraine, the countries that import large volumes of gas from Russia and continue to contribute directly or indirectly to the war through active economic activity in Russia are actually European companies, not South Korea ones.
Legitimate criticism of South Korea is fine, and I respect it.
But before that, I recommend you to think who is self-centered, who is hypocritical while selfishly looking out only for their own benefit, and who is actually providing war funding for Russia. Is it us?
