@GergelyOrosz There’s nuance to this. What does “handled 95%” mean? There’s a big difference between legitimately solving the users issues vs making it so hard to get help that 95% of people give up. AI helps the former become a reality

@ledwards Some EU countries are easier for parents with young children. In Germany we get free daycare (at least 2K a month in US for good care), free health insurance, typically more vacation, and unlimited sick time including taking work off for children’s sickness

@lufthansa All flights from Frankfurt to Orlando have the bassinet seats “reserved” forever. Does it make sense that a baby is (a) flying on each flight for the next year and (b) reserved a bassinet seat already? I’ve included a screenshot sample of 4 random dates with booked bassinet seats

@lufthansa we booked a flight from Frankfurt to Orlando (10 hour flight), and we want to know if we can reserve the bassinet seats. We’ve called 7 times, visited in person, and nobody can help despite all bassinet seats being “reserved” for the flight for the next year
