@MattyAngelNZ Thank you. You’re beautifully insightful and strong. And your hair is amazing. Thank you for standing up in that space, it was so courageous. I hold hope because you hold hope.
@VanessaWrites I had my day broken up into 3-4 hour chunks with a flexible 1-2 hours in between each to nip home and breastfeed. Was absolutely valued as expressing didn’t go well for me
@LaceEatenLegs I know that hospitals have them loose by the screed so it’s theoretically possible, but I couldn’t tell you for sure if community pharmacies can help
@GaryPayinda@NZNOAotearoa @NZMAofficial Possibly maybe support our health care students a bit better, so that going into medicine, nursing, and midwifery isn’t out of reach for anyone who needs an income to survive while studying?
@fodderfigure One of my greatest joys is cooking for people with food limitations and sticking within their needs. Even if it’s perfectly cooked nugs and sauce, I’ve nourished them the way they need nourishing
@hellomotorbike My most beloved teacher I still keep in contact with two decades after I left her class, because she steadfastly believes in me and encourages me. She wants me to be all I can be and I want to make her proud. Two decades and she’s still the biggest single influence on my life
@madchefred @JWiremuKane This is a really big thing to throw out there, and wiser minds than mine have said as much and more. Introspection sucks, but this is a thing that I think would benefit from some thought on the magnitude of the words you have chosen.
I see. So @UberEats replies, tells you to DM them, and then doesn’t reply to your DM. Good trick kids, we love this one. Now I get to tell my daughter she can have noodles for dinner because I’m too sick to cook and some soulless corporate took our money and didn’t deliver dinner
Good job @UberEats, cancelling my order AFTER it was picked up and then saying “oh well, the charge will drop off in 5-10 business days”. That was my family’s big treat, because we all have both Covid and the flu. Good job indeed. And your escalation team was a joke.
