લાલ બહ��દુર શાસ્ત્રીજીએ જ્યારે કહ્યું હતું કે "એક ટાઈમનું જમવાનું છોડી દો", ત્યારે દેશે જમવાનું છોડી દીધું હતું.. કેમ? કારણકે એ આદેશ પોતાના ઘરના રસોડાનો ચૂલો બંધ કરીને અપાયો હતો.

પણ સાથે, કરોડોની સરકારી ઈવેન્ટ્સ થોડી સા��ી ન થઈ શકે?

હું જ્યારે ઓફિસ જવા માટે બસ કે ટ્રેનના ધક્કા ખાતો હોઉં, ત્યારે શું નેતાઓના 15-20 ગાડીઓના કાફલા થોડા ટૂંકા ન થઈ શકે?

હું જ્યારે ઘર ચલાવવા બચત કરતો હોઉં, ત્યારે શું સરકારી તાયફાઓ અને VIP કલ્ચરના ખર્ચા પર બ્રેક ન વાગી શકે?

દેશ માટે ત્યાગ કરવો એ તો ગૌરવ છે. પણ આ ગૌરવ ત્યારે 'બોજ' બની જાય છે જ્યારે શિખામણ માત્ર જનતા માટે હોય અને સુવિધાઓ માત્ર સત્તા માટે.

બલિદાન હંમેશા ઉપરથી વહેવું જોઈએ, તો જ નીચે સુધી એનો પ્રવાહ પહોંચે. જો નેતા 'ત્યાગ' નું ઉદાહરણ સેટ કરશે, તો આ દેશની જનતા આજે પણ પોતાનું સર્વસ્વ ન્યોછાવર કરવા તૈયાર બેઠી છે.

👮🏻#હિરલબેન રાજગોર 108 ઇમર્જન્સી સેન્ટરમાં કાર્યરત હતા.

હાલમાં પોલીસ દ્વારા સમગ્ર અકસ્માતની વધુ તપાસ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી છે.

સમાજ અને ફરજ પ્રત્યે સમર્પિત બહાદુર બહેનોની અણધારી વિદાયના સમાચાર સાંભળી હૃદય વ્યથિત થઈ ઊઠે છે.
