I think AI thumbnails for YouTube videos destroy the click-through rate. People can smell AI a mile away and are turned off by it.
Using AI to add an element or two to the thumbnail can be great, but purely prompt designing a thumbnail, isn't quite there yet.
There's a massive craze of people creating large amounts of AI-generated UGC content for ads that are basically fake reviews for their product. Is this not false advertisement and against some advertisement laws?
Just had a spam call from a UK mobile number & it was AI. But it was so convincing. The only thing that let the cat out of the bag was that it would continue talking for a split second too long when I interrupted for it to be 'natural'. When I asked if it was AI it did admit tbf
My goal for 2025 was to be a creator not a consumer (of content). In the last quarter I created and published more than 100 videos. Results speak for themselves as a testament to the value of increasing your output (and not giving a f@*^ about what people think).
Pushing for more in 2026 but the main goal is singular focus. To only focus on one task at a time for decent chucks of time.
Plus only being contactable once or twice during the day as to not break my focus.
@AmexBusiness can you buy the domain name https://t.co/JeMVxEdbSB from @NYSE please. It's frustrating going to it to pay your bills only to find it's the NYSE site lol
I went head-to-head in a stableford golf match against my brother in Spain!
This gets HEATED. Full video on YouTube Channel.
If you're a big brother like me, you know you can't let the little brother beat you in golf... ever.
UPDATE: Something unexpected just happened.
Iโm currently in Chicago for the week, and my calendarโs fully blocked. Normally, when someone signs up for the service, they can book a class within 4 hoursโtons of slots are always open. The typical conversion rate from sign-up to booking? About 10%.
But hereโs the wild part: over the past 4 days, with the next available class 8 days out, the booking rate shot up to 100%! Every single person who signed up booked a spot.
This flips everything Iโve seen with B2B calendar bookingsโusually, longer wait times kill conversions.
Could it be scarcity driving this? People wanting to lock in a spot when they see itโs harder to get? Iโm intrigued and digging into it. Will keep you postedโthoughts welcome!

ยฃ11.38 cost per acquisition (CPA) - 6 students registered in the first few days. Under ยฃ100 spent on marketing so far.
Issue: getting the students to book times and go to the lesson.
Reworking the funnel to make it easier to book a lesson and add urgency.
