To adjust quickly to daylight savings, get up at your usual (clock) time & get 10-45min of exercise, ideally outside & facing the sun (if it’s out/rising/even if cloudy). The combined effects of bright light and exercise have a synergistic effect on circadian clock shifts.

It’s why the largest NATO base is IN Kosovo. Or why you promote narcoterrorists and war criminals. For power.

Didn’t work in Iraq, S. Africa, Cuba; Only garners support for govt & targets helpless regular people.

Privileged protected people scream for sanctions because they’ve never lived under them or had to face “far away” consequences. Sick.
