Google annual profit is $160 bn, last quarter $62 bn, and market cap $4.5 trillion. That is close to total profits and market cap of all Indian listed companies put together.

Someone used Anthropic's Claude to find their ancestral land in rural India.

The land records existed online, but across multiple government portals in dense legal Hindi.

The kind that’s incredibly difficult to navigate unless you regularly deal with revenue records.

Here’s what Claude reportedly did almost end-to-end:

🔍 Searched land records using the owner’s name
⌨️ Typed Hindi names using the onscreen government keyboard
📍 Identified all linked Gata Sankhya (plot numbers)
🗺️ Opened cadastral government maps for each plot
📐 Detected that the coordinates were UTM instead of standard GPS lat/long
🧠 Suggested creating a workflow to capture polygon vertices for all plots
🔄 Converted the coordinates into usable GPS locations
📁 Generated a KML file containing all plot boundaries
🌐 Uploaded everything into Google My Maps automatically

Final result:
25 ancestral land plots mapped as navigable polygons on Google Maps.

Many young children are fanatical about Vijay. They are expecting him to be the next Chief Minister.

None of us know how results would be on May 4th. Stalin or EPS may win. I don't think Vijay would be able to win enough seats to form the government. I may be wrong. But this is my view as of now.

Keep a watch on close watch on kids on the counting day. Even if Vijay is unable to become the Chief Minister, explain them it is not end of the road. There would be opportunities in future. At this impressionable age, given they are fanatical about Vijay, they may not have maturity to handle disappointments. Please keep a watch and ensure they don't hurt themselves.

I don't know what they see in Vijay. All women labourers working in our apartment have not only voted for Vijay but also been doing voluntary work for his party.
