Hi @tide - give me a DM if I can help you in any way. I’m a product manager and you clearly need some guidance. This “HI, need any help?” may sound like a great idea, but in practice it’s really annoying to your users. 1.) I can’t close it. 2.) it blocks really important stuff.

@iRobot - first impression of your product is pretty poor given I cannot even create an account (trying 3 emails) as your system won't send a code. Customer service was less than helpful asking me to "wait 24 hours" to try to create an account again. C'mon guys. It's 2023.
