@DanielSLoeb1 @patrick_oshag Couldn’t disagree more strongly. Loro Piana has poor product quality comparatively, and doesn’t have nearly the brand authenticity or resonance as Brunello. No one more authentic than Brunello - couldn’t recommend a trip to Solomeo more, it’s the best.

@jvitale538 @JetBlue @jlgeraghty Ok - 3.5 hr wait to speak to someone after flight cancelled bc you didn’t have crew. Ie underinvesting in your team across the board. Missing sister’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Diana who eventually handled this was great - @jlgeraghty and team in mgmt are to blame.

Dear @JetBlue - while I can understand flights getting cancelled, I can't understand staffing your business so poorly that every channel I try to communicate through has a +2 hr wait time. @jlgeraghty would love to understand how this is ok?

News and gov’t all yelling “get a booster!” “Why aren’t more people getting boosters?!?!” - sign me up! Except there’s been limited/no availability by me. Waited in line for 2.5 hrs at a walk in clinic Bc I can afford to, but yet another failure of logistics from the govt.
