@thepaulwilliams I am 50, if you want to improve don't lift everyday, recovery takes longer, I think in terms of decades now, the soreness will subside. 2 hard sessions a week and lots of walking is what I do
@_9th_Life_ Unless your doing extreme sweating in heat for long duration or keto or loosing weight taking expensive electrolytes is ridiculous. Add some salt to your food, take some magnesium if you think you need it. Plus LMNT probably has sugar
