@DigibitVPN why’s it still not working and all my tickets have been closed by the system? Full uninstall and reinstall and still getting this with every server

Hi @HalifaxBank if been using the online chat with one of your staff for over 30 minutes now and got absolutely nowhere. They’ve read the messages but not replied. Ever since getting LPA we’ve wasted hours with Halifax being on hold for this that and that
Hey @Meta what’s he chance of a direct link to opt out of the meta ai form? GDPR and all that. links on your pages just go in loops and rather than direct to the point.
