@aroldan Love @SusanDavid_PhD’s work on this. My fav quote of hers is ‘Emotions are data, not directives.’ The idea that even if an emotion is not founded on logic, it’s still giving important data on how you feel about the situation. Her TEDtalk and book on Emotional Agility are great.
