@NA_Carers I was told recently that it is carers centres that will directing NHS as to who are local unpaid carers and there eligible for covid vaccination. Is this accurate? If so, who do we contact to make sure that we are registered with you?

@parcelforce is it actually possible to speak to a human being in your customer service dept on phone? Need to give driver delivery instructions as he seems unable to find our house and need delivery tomorrow.
It's easy to feel despondent when support staff leave. But we always try to look at the positives, which for us is that those people generally stay in James life. Born out today by a raft of gorgeous people visiting and offering support whilst James is poorly in hospital. 😍
