@ItsMrsPlugg Correct. I was the one who would get yelled at when I would ask the kids in my family to clean up after themselves. The kids were disrespectful and when I would try to teach them manners, their mom and I literally almost came to blows.
@johnehrett All of this and there’s just too much tv to watch. I might love a show but when it comes back I’m already watching other shows and I just don’t care anymore. I’ll get to it when I get to it.
Like I said, this now becomes a story about Trump, not a story about a plucky, fun-to-root-for team that has a chance to have the best World Cup finish any US Men's team has ever had. Just sucked all the joy out of it b/c he always has to be the center of attention.
It's funny that America is named after a guy nobody really talks about. Even kindergarteners are taught about Columbus, but Amerigo Vespucci is like some kind of hidden lore.
Soccer doesn’t really have rules, works more on vibes really
Except offsides which is the most strictly enforced rule in the history of human and animal competition
@tatertotsconor It’s always a woman they “just don’t like.” Maybe it’s the old “would I have a beer with this person” that gets lost with women? I believe it’s misogyny (well and racism too and Kamala’s case).
