It's clear to me that consistency and focus = success.

But it's measured over a long period of time so you have to be disciplined showing up without seeing the success. That's hard.

Has anyone gone from not consistent and struggling, to knuckling down and shipping? If so, how?

Does anyone actually use *git switch* instead of *git checkout* ? It was made to simplify things (where?). Am I just old school, or am I missing a point?

@dhh How do you orchestrate over the number of hosts, is it just hardcoded targets? Is this covering expected top peak, or do you actually have scaling in place using the kamal setup?
