This temporal reference indicates that the system was fully operational during 2025, thereby validating that the exfiltrated information and the obtained access credentials correspond to modern, current infrastructure.

A screenshot provided by the actor confirms an active session logged in with a profile belonging to the Chilean Investigative Police (PDI) within this infrastructure, which was updated as of 2025.

The evidence published by System Rippers reveals a compromise affecting both citizen privacy and the security of municipal employees:

Citizen Data: Leak of the `personas.csv` file (approx. 1 MB to 2.3 MB), which allegedly contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII) regarding residents.

Organizational Structure: Access to files such as `modulos.csv` and `comunas.csv`, which detail the architecture of the municipal systems. Compromised Security Accounts: A screenshot displays an active user profile belonging to the Chilean Investigative Police (PDI) within the municipal system, suggesting a possible privilege escalation or unauthorized access to public security modules.

Persistence Warning: The threat actor claims that the released material represents "a very minimal fraction of everything we possess," implying the possession of a significantly larger volume of exfiltrated data.
