Years as a Prime member, first-time big TV purchase, and it's a disaster. Damaged item, failed pickup, self-returned with proof, and still no clear answers from Amazon. Customer service is giving me the runaround. Unacceptable!

@IncomeTaxIndia Name on pancard and aadhaar card is mismatch(after marriage I have changed the name in aadhar. I have a challan for it and after payment it is not allowing me to link the aadhar with pancard. Can someone help me here?
