@MastercardUK, you might want to unbrand your Rome Airport bistro. The staff are lovely but the experience is poor with tables left uncleaned and therefore customers not allowed to sit on them, with those that can complaining of delays with food and drinks.

@TLRailUK my parents in law were conned into paying a fine yesterday at St Albans station. They tapped in, not realising that you can’t tap out at St Albans. They were fined at the station. I live in London and didn’t know that, how would they be expected to? Can you help refund?
