@BestBuySupport Let’s just admit it you guys promise a service that you can’t fulfill, no locations near me, and when I called, I was told I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get an appointment. I lucked out and got an appointment only an hour and a half away and still wasn’t able to get it done.

@BestBuy has the worst customer service! New speakers bought as Xmas gift can’t get installed because they have no installers anywhere in the DC metro/NVA area. Wait 3 months to get done in Baltimore just to get sent away because we didn’t have brackets that no one told about!

@BestBuySupport He was told he was supposed to bring brackets for the installation. How would we have known that? Where would we buy them? One would think if a company offered a service they would have the equipment there to do the work and the customer wouldn’t have to worry about it?

@BestBuySupport How exactly do you want to make this right? All I wanted to do is have the speakers installed, part of the reason I bought them at Best Buy to begin with! Some drove 1 and a half hours to Baltimore only to be turned away by someone at the counter.
