In this project, we found that ongoing thought dynamics at rest are reflected in functional connectivity dynamics, and may contribute to individual-difference predictions and explain neural synchrony in naturalistic contexts. Come and chat if you are interested!

In conclusion, our findings suggest a common neural code for how arousal is represented across affective contexts. This inherent similarity can lead to confusability across affective instances and may explain why people sometimes misattribute arousal to the wrong cause. (9/10)
