I use a custom router, it logs dropped packets on the WAN interface.

Today, all I observed was DNS server unreachability.

@U_Uner @__ThatTrader__ @CommunityFibre Just unlucky timing on your part. I've been a CF customer for about 18 months now, and these are the only two outages I've experienced with them. I'm certainly not a fan of how they've handled them, though. Until this week, I'd say they're easily the best ISP I've been served by.

@CommunityFibre Unable to reach DNS server 2a02:6b60::53:1. Gets routed to 2a02:6b60:0:1:0:1:0:47 (anycast?). Doesn't respond to pings or DNS queries. Must use alternative like 1.1.1.1 instead. Customer support phone line not reachable. Customer support live chat not available.

@venetiangambler @MikePicken57 @Freely_tv Satellite use is still extremely prevalent in the UK. Additionally, OP says they have a Freesat box, so they already have a satellite dish. They just want to know if there's something to replace their Freesat box.

I'd recommend direct IPTV, but legit feeds are lacking in the UK.
