@LVMPD It was only a matter of time before this happened at that crosswalk. They’re speeding there all the time and even going onto the opposite side of the road because they dont want to wait for traffic at the corner. We need cops there every morning!!! May she rest in peace.

People speeding, parent dropping off kids in the middle of the street, driving into oncoming traffic to go into the parking lot. Every morning is a nightmare to drop off my kid. Cops are never there. May she RIP.

@News3LV RIP. My daughter goes to AV and taking her in the morning is a nightmare. The speeding, kids walking between cars and drivers driving on the opposite side of the road to avoid the traffic. Hopefully now the cops who are supposed to be there will show up. Praying for her family.

@ccsdpd Why isn’t there any police presence at morning drop off? I’ve seen people driving on the wrong side of the road, parents and students speeding, parents dropping off kids in the middle of the road and kids weaving in and out of traffic on bikes. Next time it may be worse.

@SecretaryPete How is it ok to charge passengers these prices? My sister and niece wanted to come visit me from NY to Vegas for my birthday and these are the amounts on JetBlue for a return flight on Nov. 11 which happens to be Veteran’s Day. $1000 for RT. Who can afford that?

@badlibtakes I was diagnosed with SVT in Dec 2000. I was in Fl for my aunt’s funeral. The day I was to fly back to NY I ended up in the ER with a rapid HB. Finally in Oct 2001 I had cardiac ablation and never had another episode since. I hope he is ok.
