@bt_uk Thanks for this. I had already removed my BT account from my IOS Outlook and then re added it. This seems to work and sych restarted ok - for a few days. I then reset IOS Outlook and synch restarted. Following week it stopped again/reset/ working ?? Not sure why it stops
@BBCBreakfast Had smart gas meter installed last September - never worked and has ‘dead’ display so can’t even take manual readings. Supplier Octopus ‘looking into it’
@EpsonUK ET-8550 series driver fails to connect on WiFi. Installed universal driver that works but doesn’t have settings for cassette 1 so what is the correct driver I should use?
@OctopusEnergy v pleased with iog but smart gas meter installed last Sept has never worked. You agreed to replace in December but not heard anything since - apart from estimated bill have phoned and emailed but no action??
@OctopusEnergy Yes - am amazed - got a call within few minutes of posting on here. All I needed was assurance that some action was being taken. So very happy now knowing that I am at least on a list to get fixed.
