What most people are getting wrong about the SpaceX IPO: Both the Nasdaq-100 and S&P 500 use float-adjusted market cap, not total market cap, for index weighting. SpaceX float at IPO is tiny relative to total market cap. So it'll be a very tiny % of your index fund.
