@saradietschy @anothercohen Yeah that’s super weird. I take 600-1000 IU as I have the same level as you (although I’m sure most people are deficient really). I only ask as I see people taking huge doses which as far as I can tell don’t really have any benefits and are probably just difficult to absorb
