@nationalrailenq But why? National Rail is going backwards. As of tomorrow, fast LNER trains no longer stopping at Stevenage, Sunday fares increased 19% to weekday prices, no e-tickets…

@EE Thank you. I might try calling when I have time. I also can’t log on through a browser. I’m only trying to find out how much data I download as I’m pretty angry about the 41% price increase – not the way to treat longstanding customers.

@EE And now the app doesn’t work! Updated to the latest version. Logged in, was forced into 2FA, set up a PIN, then it asked me to log in and do all that again, then it said there’s a problem. Then I did it all again. And again. Does EE actually know what it’s doing?
