@ProfStrachan@jhalifax@mzjacobson Are there sufficient minerals/materials to enable this and what are the consequences for the countries where these will be mined?
@campbellclaret@RestIsPolitics A shame you allowed the reframe that he and Cameron were the reasonable ones - when they opened the door to Brexit and set in motion the steady decline in public services.
@George_Osborne@RestIsPolitics Listening to https://t.co/KHqfiizuSK. Reminds me how wrong the framing of … ‘well it was all going so well under Cameron and Osborne’
@campbellclaret@RestIsPolitics@RoryStewartUK@alastair So let me get this straight - you admit your wives gift you the privilege of mucho working hours, you then say 4 day week doesn’t work for senior roles. Take on your 50% & your wives can podcast on how it is done.
@someonelizz@griffski … love this idea and at the same time the whole point of language is to communicate with each other. If things diverge too far from each other - it can become another divide between people (a divide each generation of teenagers happily creates 😂)
@KateRaworth @AndrewLFanning Can I check my understanding of this? Is Rise those countries who need to raise living standards to move out of the centre of the doughnut? Then Shift is to redirect the way we use resources? Fulfil I’m struggling with … the Reduce is use less resources?
@JujuliaGrace I feel the same way about our railways. It was so exciting to see the underground embrace technology and get the capital investment it needed to run properly again … a distant memory now.
@guardian Yep definitely the way to solve widespread behavioural issues - try to ‘fix’ their people rather than the underlying toxic systems which are creating the behaviours. “employees told to be “inclusive, approachable” and “respectful at all times”.”
Have we broken ChatGPT? It is denying access and I have an incredibly important question to ask it 😂! Anyone know who wrote “We are put here to help others. I’m not sure what the others are here for.” Google isn’t up to the job.
