@GovRonDeSantis Zero based budgeting is the best way to be a good steward of the tax payer money. It helps identify and cut wasteful spending. CDDs and HOAs would do well to adopt zero based budgeting as well.

@WallStreetApes This is the case in some restaurants and clothing stores in the Orlando metropolitan area as well. Some are genuinely trying to learn English and be helpful while others get angry or dismissive because English speakers don't know their language.

1) I start by praying for help and read the Bible (Study Bible) with the intent to find answers to things I was uncertain about.
