Agreed, we build voice ai for the hospitality industry, the problems are simpler (booking rooms, refund, event planning), but for things we can’t handle, we design our agents to have smooth human handoff that works with the business to save both customer & management time. Voice Ai still have a long way to go but great agent design according to business needs are crucial.
