Customer Service warning..! @ToddDoors are on of the most unhelpful, stating the ‘bleeding obvious’ businesses I have ever seen. Broken glass in front door, help requested; criticism and a no help offered email response. AVOID!

@massimodutti Customer service in Massimo Dutti is appalling. They have overcharged me on an item of clothing and after 4 weeks of numerous contacts the matter remains unresolved. Case nr. 67170594
If this is a measure of how Inditex brands operate then good luck if you use them!

@SW_Help why 4 carriages two days running to London Waterloo, first train after peak times at 09:35..! You shouldn’t be squeezing 5, 8, 10, 12 coach commuters into not 4. It’s not a regional line, it’s a main line into London. #SWRfailures

@British_Airways BA104 DXB-LHR cancelled for April 7. No alternative flights offered until April 15. 5 adults travelling, stranded. BA can’t arrange hotels as too short notice. Eid, the busiest time of the year and BA think it acceptable to strand people with no return travel.
