@bookingcom how do I report a phishing attack from a fake listing on your site? Your customer service team are sending me around in circles and keep asking for my confirmation number. Do you not have a security team who handles these issues?
@HMRCcustomers No it's a personal issue. I suppose I was hoping you could raise this to the attention of whoever is responsible for running this, as it seems I have no option than to take my chances a third time
@HMRCcustomers It's not general and a personal tax issue. It seems the only option I have is to get on hold again and hope the same thing doesn't happen a third time?! (I did mention this to the advisor at the beginning of the second call)

There seems to be a big issue with your telephone support. I spent an hour today on hold to get through, then half way through going through a complex issue, I got cut-off. Then phoned back, waited 37 mins to speak to someone and same thing happened. Infuriating!
