@alexgoughcooper One pattern I’m seeing is Meta aggressively spending toward new creatives in the same ad set, and sometimes exceeding spend of proven winning ads. Of course net new ads could ultimately outperform, but it makes me less confident in the breakdown effect like before. Thoughts?

@SahilBloom Swallowed this hard pill when I realized that keeping my old business running (losing money) was hurting my new business (where PMF actually was).
@MattiSchroder Agreed, 100%. Apple, Aesop, and Buck Mason don’t discount - the product speaks for itself and their customer base doesn’t question it.
If you have a great product and they have a problem with that, well they’re not the right customer.
