Trump: “I'm exercising my emergency powers. You have to exercise them also. You can do everything within 24 hours.”
Bass: “And if individuals want to clear out their property, they can… we think they can go back in a week.”
Trump: “That's a long time, a week, I'll be honest… I watched hundreds of people standing in front of their lots and they're not allowed to go in.”
You don't need to do more burpees.
You don't need to stop eating carbs.
You don't need to do a juice cleanse or detox your body.
You need to eat a high-protein diet with nutrient-dense foods, lift weights, get enough sleep, walk, spend time in nature & be patient af.
Exercise is 1.5x more effective than medicines for mental health.
One of the big reasons for this is because of BDNF.
Brain derived neurotrophic factor aka. BDNF is a key molecule involved in plastic changes related to learning and memory.
It promotes the creation and maturation of new brain cells and synapses. It’s known as “miracle gro” for the brain.
The good thing about BDNF is that it’s been shown that as little as 6 minutes of exercise a day is enough to stimulate the molecule.
Exercise is so important that the university of Australia deemed it to be the main treatment for mental health issues stating that it’s 1.5x more effective the current medicines.
This is why I believe that you’re just not as smart as you can be if you don’t exercise.
Too many studies show that one of the best things to do for your brain and body is to exercise.
