Had a great time presenting our work on antiviral innate immune memory!
Thanks to @HFSP for the opportunity and support of this project!

Hey! Go check out some of what me and Dughan (among many friends) have been working in ImmGen!
Many thanks to all involved from data collection to curation and analysis!

Triple whammy of JLab talks recently with Andrew, Chenyang, and Michael all giving their dept rips!
Andrew: mechanisms of why BCG is used as a bladder cancer treatment
Chenyang: IKKa’s role in stimulation-induced transcription
Michael: our ongoing ImmGen cut&run efforts !

Two other conferences last week both with @WCM_IMP student Andrew Daman and ou scGuru @lucindapaddock presenting separate arms of our BCG story (coming soon™️) at @FASEBorg and @CSHL meetings respectively!
…we‘ll just ignore they’re both bad at acquire pics! ;)

[Josefowicz Lab @JosefowiczLab]

Anyone at the current @CSHL Single Cell analyses meeting interested in multi-omic analysis of hematopoietic stem cells in the context of BCG-treatment for bladder cancer should go find @lucindapaddock tonight at her poster!!!

Team ImmGen having a blast!!

[Josefowicz Lab @JosefowiczLab]

.@NotABaleOfHay got a whirlwind tour of chromatin science this week and had a great time presenting his work with the ImmGen Consortium this week at @epicypher #Epi2023! Doing the @WCM_IMP program proud!
