in college, a closeted frat guy got piss drunk at a Halloween party & forcibly shoved a broomstick into the backside of a gay (male) friend wearing a Disney princess dress. you could not fathom the lengths to which his friends & frat brothers weaponized him being closeted to bully people into staying silent. to talk about the assault was framed as histrionic, homophobic cruelty.
